An LED converts a large share of its drive power into heat, and junction temperature decides both light output and service life. The heat sink has to conduct that energy out efficiently — which is exactly where pressure die-cast aluminium earns its place over plastics and steel.

Heat sinks and luminaire bodies reward fluid, thin-section alloys that fill intricate fins and stay leak-tight outdoors. We cast the full BS 1490 LM-series — these are the grades we reach for most.

A heat sink only performs if it mates flat to the LED board and resists the environment it lives in. We complete every part in-house, so it ships finished, inspected and ready to assemble.
Black or specified RAL coatings, masking of sealing faces and leak considerations are all confirmed against your part and drawing.
We supply both domestic Indian OEMs and global lighting buyers. Castings are packed sea-worthy with corrosion protection and shipped on standard Incoterms (EXW / FOB / CIF) from our nearest gateway port, Nhava Sheva (JNPT), with full export documentation and RoHS / REACH declarations on request.
