In high-pressure die casting (HPDC), molten aluminium is forced into a hardened steel die at high pressure and high speed, then held under pressure as it solidifies. That rapid fill and intensified pressure produce dense parts with crisp detail, thin walls and an excellent surface straight from the die — with very little machining stock to remove afterwards.
It is the right process when you need repeatable, dimensionally consistent parts in medium-to-high volumes: housings, covers, brackets, heat sinks and structural components where wall sections are thin and net-shape accuracy matters. Tooling is a real up-front investment, so HPDC pays off when annual quantities justify it. Pressure die casting is the core of everything we make. We cast in excess of 2,000 metric tonnes of processed aluminium every year across three production units, on automated high-pressure machines that hold fill, pressure and cycle parameters consistent from the first part to the last.
