Pressure Die Casting

The team at Ishaan Engineering comprises highly experienced and knowledgeable technicians and workmen who are well-versed in the pressure die casting process and machinery operations. Our machines range from 120 ton to 800 ton, enabling us to cater to parts of various sizes and weights that feature complex designs and intricate shapes. We have been serving OEMs in various sectors, including electric motors and drive solutions, power generation equipment manufacturers, home and kitchen appliance manufacturers, cookware industry, LED light manufacturers, and general engineering and manufacturing industry. As a result, our team possesses diversified experience in quality requirements and a comprehensive understanding of sector-based parts manufacturing. Currently, we have the capacity to produce parts that range from 20 grams to 6-7 Kgs, with a total monthly production capacity of churning 250 tons of raw metal into value-added products.

At our company, we have separate electric melting cum holding furnaces that offer us the flexibility to melt different grades of aluminum alloys simultaneously, including ADC-12, LM-6, LM-24, and ALSI-132. We strictly adhere to the use of RoHS grade material and food-grade alloys. Since aluminum has the highest recyclability ratio among metals, it is an ideal material for manufacturing metal parts. Thereby our commitment to sustainability and the cradle-to-cradle concept is supported by this approach.

Advantages of pressure die casting with Ishaan Engineering (IE)

  1. High accuracy and repeatability: Our die casting parts are accurate, consistent, and repeatable, making it ideal for producing high-volume parts that require tight tolerances. This is due to right selection of machines based on the part requirements
  2. High productivity: Our die casting machines are brand new and maintained in order to produce high volumes in an efficient manner.. This makes IE  a cost-effective solution provider for producing high-volume parts.
  3. Versatility: Our range of machines from 120 to 800 ton gives our customers the versatility of producing a wide range of shapes, sizes, and configurations, making it a versatile process for many different applications.
  4. Strong and durable parts: The die casted parts that are produced at our end are homogeneous and durable, since we apply the required pressure on the casting based on the application of the part. They are typically strong, durable, and resistant to wear and tear, making them ideal for use in a variety of applications, such as automotive and aerospace parts, electrical components, and more.
  5. Cost-effectiveness: Our superior quality and high speed machines make it a cost-effective solution for complex parts, especially when compared to other metal fabrication processes such as machining or forging.
  6. Complex shapes: Die casting machines at our foundry allows for the production of complex shapes and designs that may be difficult or impossible to produce through other metal fabrication processes.

At Ishaan Engineering, we have successfully harnessed the versatility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of die casting to deliver multiple benefits for the production of high-volume, complex metal parts. Overall, our die casting services enable us to offer our customers a range of advantages for their manufacturing needs.
