An electric motor flange is a crucial component that connects an electric motor to its mounting or another component while providing a secure connection point and supporting the motor. The use of aluminum for flanges is advantageous due to its high strength-to-weight ratio, resistance to corrosion, and ability to withstand high temperatures and pressures.

Ishaan Engineering specializes in manufacturing flanges for various frame sizes ranging from 71 to 132. The manufacturing process for flanges is critical to ensure sturdiness, defect-free quality, and failure-free running. To achieve this, we use different concepts to develop moulds for manufacturing these parts at our in-house facility. Our high-end pressure die-casting machines have consistently produced defect-free flanges for a wide range of motors. Furthermore, our supreme quality CNC machines enable us to machine flanges on both sides while maintaining consistent throughout bore consistency.

The flange in an electric motor is used for several purposes, including:
